The company currently employs 30–40 local staff and plans to establish sales offices in major cities across Kenya, with broad development prospects.
Position: Business Manager
Job Requirements:
1.Preferred Qualifications: Background in medicine or related fields is preferred; candidates with experience in medical equipment sales or the healthcare industry will be prioritized; familiarity with Kenya’s healthcare market channels is a strong advantage.
2.Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate in business contexts, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships fluently.
3.Professional Competence: Strong market analysis skills, business development capabilities, and potential for team leadership. Able to independently formulate and execute sales strategies.
4.Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism, strong stress resilience, and willingness to travel within Kenya for short business trips.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and manage the sales operations of medical equipment in Kenya; develop and achieve annual sales targets.
2.Develop and maintain customer relationships with local medical institutions (hospitals, clinics, etc.) and distributors; build long-term and stable partnerships.
3.Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics; optimize sales strategies to increase market share.
4.Lead the sales team in managing the full sales process, including client communication, needs analysis, solution presentation, and contract signing.
5.Coordinate internal company resources (such as production and after-sales teams) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service quality; improve customer satisfaction.
6.Provide regular reports to the company on sales performance, market feedback, and team progress.
Working Hours and Benefits:
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday. Weekends off and observance of local public holidays.
Salary Package: Competitive industry salary (base salary + high commission), including performance bonuses, annual dividends, and transport allowances.
