Project Chief Engineer (1 position)

Assist the project manager in managing on-site construction activities;
Thoroughly familiarize oneself with construction drawings, prepare various construction organization plans, and develop plans for labor, materials, and equipment according to the progress schedule;
Manage and coordinate on-site construction work, responsible for safety, quality, and progress management at the construction site;
Identify, report, and coordinate the resolution of technical and quality issues during construction, and provide corresponding standard requirements and guidance solutions;
Responsible for the civil construction, technical guidance, engineering quantity settlement, and daily management of work areas throughout the project;
Issue construction work instructions to construction teams and guide them on-site in learning various process flows and key construction points;
Conduct self-inspection and rectification of completed work sections, organize process acceptance, and coordinate with relevant acceptance departments;
Responsible for technical documentation for this position, and participate in organizing and compiling completion documentation;
Manage project schedule, quality, and costs, keep construction logs, record labor, material consumption, and equipment usage, and report relevant situations to the project team in a timely manner;
Cooperate with technical personnel to complete negotiation changes and approvals, and collaborate with budget personnel to complete on-site measurement tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, candidates with a diploma may also be considered for excellent candidates, majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of English;
Over 5 years of experience in on-site management of residential construction projects, with experience in independently completing the entire project from foundation excavation to delivery. Ability to use CAD and read drawings, proficient in relevant office software, skilled in using measuring instruments for line-out, quantity measurement, and other skills;
Familiarity with civil engineering management processes, related specifications, and acceptance procedures, strong on-site guidance, coordination, and construction site control capabilities;
Ability to adapt to overseas working environments, responsible work ethic, and strong learning ability.
