Chief Engineer of Water and Electricity (1 position)

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the project manager in carrying out construction project management tasks;
2. Carefully study construction drawings and prepare various construction organization plans, and develop plans for labor, materials, and equipment according to the progress schedule;
3. Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities with a solid understanding of safety, quality, and progress management at the construction site;
4. Identify, report, and coordinate the resolution of technical and quality issues during construction and provide corresponding standard requirements;
5. Prepare special measures to support construction and conduct technical briefings, quality management, and supervision for team leaders based on construction processes and relevant regulations;
6. Perform technical inspections of major materials, semi-finished products, finished products, building components, tools, and equipment entering the construction site, and guide construction teams during installation;
7. Inspect the safety of electricity usage on the construction site;
8. Coordinate and manage overall construction activities;
9. Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. A diploma or higher degree in water and electricity, installation, or related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in water and electricity project management;
2. Strong practical skills in the field, familiar with water and electricity construction drawings and relevant national and industry standards. Rich experience in water and electricity installation management, understanding of construction processes and methods familiarity with acceptance procedures and on-site control points;
3. Strong ability to control engineering quality, costs, and project schedules, and able to implement and manage them effectively;
4. Strong technical communication and coordination skills, responsibility, and good teamwork capabilities;
5. Familiarity with national electrical and water supply regulations, and procedures of relevant municipal departments;
6. Experience in managing complete residential mechanical and electrical projects and conducting project completion inspections;
7. Proficient in CAD drawing software and related office software;
8. Ability to adapt to overseas working environments, with a responsible work ethic and strong learning ability.
